Neil is an experienced executive with a proven track record of delivery in both the private and public sectors, demonstrated during a wide-ranging 25 year international corporate career as a senior Board level Director with one of the world’s largest Financial Services and Travel organisations, and a successful 10-year interim and consultancy career.
With a strong background in delivering lasting change in pre- and post-M&A/business improvement in the financial services, travel, leisure, utilities and NHS sectors, Neil is a deliverer of results and overall business improvement.
Providing high-level strategic planning and organisation change leadership to achieve significant improvements in business performance – he is well-versed in sales and profit improvement, resource assessment, cost cutting, business integration, mergers and acquisition, IPO, re-structuring, business analysis and commercial solution provision.
